NOTICE FOR TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF

Resumption of Offline Classes on and from 16^th November, 2021

Complying with Memo No. – 1058-Edn (CS)/10M-32/2021 dated 28.10.2021 of the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal following are the guidelines for all the staff of the college in context to resumption of offline classes in the college campus on and from 16^th November, 2021.

1.      All the staff members of the college will have to get vaccinated with at least the 1^st dose of Covid-19 vaccine before 16^th November, 2021. The hard copy of the first dose/final vaccination certificate will have to be submitted to Smt. Pampa Kar for office record. If any member has been instructed not to take vaccine then relevant doctor’s certificate is needed to be produced for consideration by appropriate authority.

Staff members who do not submit hard copy of the first dose/final vaccination certificate will not be permitted to enter the college campus and action against those staff members for not attending college will be taken as per government guidelines.

2.      Staff members will have to pass through thermal screening before starting their assigned duty in the college campus on a day to day basis. In case any symptom is seen in any staff member then the matter will have to be reported to appropriate authority and the staff member will be advised to contact the nearest hospital for clinical assessment.

3.      Staff members shall come to the college premises with their own water bottle, tiffin, and handkerchief. They shall maintain social distancing, sanitization of their hands and wear face mask. Staff members shall remain in clean and hygienic condition. Staff members should cough and sneeze carefully keeping social distancing in mind. Staff members should avoid sharing of any kind of articles without prior sanitization. Outsiders shall only be allowed in college campus in case of emergent need with due permission of appropriate authority.

4.      In view of this emergent condition and student interest teaching staff will have to remain present in college campus for 5hrs and 30mins on their day of offline classes and non-teaching staff will have to remain present in college campus as per their assigned duty. If any staff member remains absent due to Covid-19 then he/she must take action as per Covid-19 protocol.
